As an assault survivor and long time ptsd sufferer, I spent so many years hiding away from the world. I decided that I no longer wanted to live a life in fear and I reached out to Jill to help me fulfill one of my dreams. I knew that she would help me get into the best shape possible, but I never imagined the new found confidence and love of self that would emerge with training. She has helped me rediscover the woman I thought I lost so many years ago and her "Yes, you can!" attitude is highly contagious! It spreads through out the Team and you find yourself surrounded by the most hard-working and supportive individuals you can find. Each and everyone of them believing in you and eachother. I can't think of a better team than Team V. Jill, you are an amazing woman! Thank you so much!

After being diagnosed with Grave’s Disease in 2009 I gained on average 10lbs PER YEAR!  After exceeding the maximum weight to maintain my standards in the Navy Reserve I knew it was time to for a change. I enrolled into kickboxing classes, began running, and cleaned up my diet (eating less).  What I didn’t realize was the amount of training I was doing and limited amount of food I was taking in was hurting me more than it helped me.  After 7 months I was able to lose 10lbs, but still wasn’t seeing the results I wanted to.  In November 2013, Iset a goal to compete in a competition, and immediately started researching potential coaches. I was given the name of a number of coaches, Jill being one of them.  I continued researching, but it was her name that stuck with me, despite the numerous names I found or was given – So, I took it as a sign.  Within a week of being on my new meal plan, my abs appeared. 11 weeks later I competed in my first competition and have never been so happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach.  The running joke in my house is, husband: “baby, can you do/eat this…”; me: “I have to ask Jill.”    My coach…my team…love them to pieces.  

What was in my head before this began...  Can I do that? Will my legs really take a NEW shape?  Will my butt actually fit in that TINY suit?  Will I see this thing through from start to finish?  Will I be in the BEST shape of my life? YES!!!! to everything!!!!!  Jill helped me reach every goal I set for myself.  At 41 with 2 kids I couldn't be happier and more proud of my body, my spirit, and my team.  Cheers to Jill for changing my life :)

Jill, I remember seeing you for the first time at the gym and thinking that you had the best figure of any of the hard core workout girls I had ever seen!  When I first laid eyes on you, something in me woke... up...a new desire to take myself to a whole other level. When I introduced myself, I was amazed even more by how friendly and approachable you were. Especially considering you were in the middle of training for a competition. Unlike some other people I have met over the years that can get irritable and crabby, your good nature remained constant the entire duration of your training! This only put you on a level even higher in my mind!

I was initially interested in trying a figure competition to 1) experience first hand what role nutrition played, and 2) see what MY BODY would look like and 3) find out what was in the gallon milk jugs these people always carried! My first obstacle, after receiving my first diet, was TRUST.  How can I eat all this and get in a tiny suit?  I followed the deit prescribed by Jill and went to a few posing clinics.  8 weeks later, thanks to her plan, I carried a trophy from my first of many figure shows. It's one thing to be on a team, but when you join Team  V you FEEL like you are apart of a team.  Jill and her husband Joe are phenomenal at comforting new people, kindling friendships, and getting RESULTS.  

Wow... talk about being an inspiration.  That's you!!!  I can't wait to be on your growing list of success stories.  When I look at the bigger picture, beyond the struggles of today, I see where you will take my body.  I'm so excited to know that my dreams will become a reality.  The changes already are so profound.  Yet, I believe the results will far exceed my already high expectations of your capabilities.  I would be lost without you and am so thrilled that I'm one of your 13 girls this year.

Joining Team V has been one of the best decisions I ever made!  The training and support I have received have helped me achieve what I thought was the impossible!  Not only does the training help you look good, but it teaches you discipline and budgeting skills as a by product of staying on taget!  I recommend Jill to everyone who asks me how I've done what I've done!

I have been in the fitness industry since 2000 and a Marine for over 22 years. I have not just trained clients but run a business while writing books and articles for Men's Fitness magazine. As a Marine, I know professionals when I see them. Jill and Joe V exemplify all that's best in this industry! I need honest, effective, all-encompassing diet and fitness prep that's convenient! I had been working out on my own and gained muscle to a point and eventually grew discouraged and frustrated with my progress. I had a hard time controlling my diabetes. One night my girlfriend asked Jill if she thought I had what it took to be on stage and Jill said yes. I immediately jumped at that. I looked at it as something to prove to a lot of people that even a diabetic on an insulin pump could compete! Jill has helped me achieve more than I ever thought. I have made huge gains all thanks to her guidance and knowledge. Without Jill I couldn't have done what I have. The way I see it, Jill and I are just getting started!
